Taken by Storm

Storm took me by suprise
Rumbled in from the west
Ignited the air with static

"Partly Cloudy"
the weather man said
the weather man is never right

Storm took me by suprise
Shattered the calm
Quenched my thirst

"Cold front from the north"
the weather man predicted
he could be right

Storm took me by suprise
Created higher temperatures
in the lower regions
