Did they have a landing permit?

I can cross and land in the US with my jet ski because I got myself a landing permit.
I just gotta call in to both countries customs offices when I do it
 
you mean crossed on whales rather that to wales...I thought they meant Wales like in Britain...just couldn't figure it

Do you know how expensive it would be to "detail" Russians? those floggers drink a ton and the UK can only afford one drunk like that. What would SeanH do if the bar's went dry?

The US guys got that went west this summer were greeted as illegals and held. I imagine folks in Wales just shrugged their shoulders when the Russians motored up to the beach. (there is no dock or port at Wales, just a beach)

I don't think anyone out there would believe one can go on a jetski from Russia to Whales. that has to be something around 1,000 miles (have no idea nor do I care to find out. need to get that stick out of your arse and relax a little...have some fun
