I was thinking more of a fetish tale. The main character opens her jacket up and brushes up against others and then closes her jacket to prevent being caught. Someone who she knows catches her during one of her games and humilates her.

I see your point. Instead of the winter time I think the story would work better during the intense heat of the summer. Once her game is discovered, her tormentor (male or female) takes it beyond her control by grabbing her breasts in front of everyone.

So funny thing, I'm totally seeing the things that happen on Japanese subways. Well mostly in their cartoons but they do on occassion happen.

For those who don't know, in japan the subways are packed, wall to wall people, so there is a problem riding a subway in Japan, for the ladies anyway. Certain guys like to cop a feel and have been known to actually finger women they literally run into on the subways.
