Here's my idea, I need a female(dom/switch) who's able and most importantly, who's keen to play the following scenario: You're a landlady (40yo) looking to rent shared flat and me (25yo), I'm looking desperately looking for a flat at a fair price. I come across your ad and contact you as I'm interested by what you're proposing.
The thing is, you have only female policy flat share, but I insist and beg you to make an exception for me. I make you promises, to clean after me... etc.
The purpose is to establish the power dynamics. At first of course, it's a normal relationship between neighbours, but since you made an exception for me, I feel grateful and eager to be on good terms with you as my landlady. And from that, you slowly leverage that to turn me into a complete devoted human being at your feet.
