i've always maintained (about the 82nd) that once you jumped out of a perfectly good airplane and hit the ground, what did you have? A leg with a little extra equipment and no immediate supply lines. My unit got yanked out of Europe for Sandbox I because the XVIIIth decided 58Ds could provide adequate firepower for a R/D force. When they realized the 82nd represented nothing but speed bumps to a tank heavy OPFOR in a wide open desert environment, they screamed for 64s. Why?Gekken said:OK, a SLIGHT exaggeration, I was motorized. on shrooms. driving an ambulance in south america grilling balls is a hoot. (currently clean and relatively sober. but fond memoried) we did walk most of SE Columbia. THAT was a bitch, now i know why they call it bolivian marching powder.
Would you prefer your opponent shit his pants, or simply fainted away when you arrived on the FOB? Look at this.

BOT, still looking for a better comparison of "bad boy" re Rick James and Lionel Ritchie. Rick did three years (i think) for assault to one woman and providing drugs to another. If memory serves, he burned/burnt the assaultee with a crack pipe during a ménage à trois.
