Room 131

I think one wall should house our collective mass of toys.

Whips, chains, vibes, dildoes, floggers, paddles, cuffs, strap-ons, etc...

Here we go... A description of the living room of one of my nano characters:

The walls were covered in gauzy orange, yellow, and red fabric. The fabric strips extended over the ceiling to a central chandelier that looked like it would have been at home in a 70’s dining room. The dangling crystals had been replaced with strings of beads and charms that strung from branch to branch. Most of the carpet was covered in an assortment of rag rugs in similar bright colors. One corner was dominated by a purple mushroom chair, where the cat had just settled down comfortably. An overstuffed couch was along one wall, covered in faux fur blankets. Next to that was a table shaped like an elephant with a glass top resting on it’s back and trunk. Two small windows had carved shutters closed over them. A large wooden cabinet was opposite the sofa. Emily crossed to it and opened the doors to reveal a large television set and a DVD player. Beneath those were shelves filled with movies.

And that's the general idea of the look you're shooting for in here? 'Cept with the addition of the espresso bar?

Amen to that! :D Fantastic work with Snow and the River... both chapters! I read through both of them and the first thing I thought after swallowing both of them was along the lines of how much more detailed I need my own writing to be.

I've sort of shied away from posting pics in here, so far. Last thing I need is for one of my students or one of their parents wandering through Lit and recognizing me. :p

Yeah, I found some people I'm friends with that found the thread. Although they were surprised to know I don't care. Ha!

Thanks so much! You're very sweet. :)

Things are great here as well. I'm having a lazy day which is so rare it's almost criminal.

That would be awkward, to say the least.
