NORFOLK — Republican Mitt Romney reset the race for the presidency as a battle over the size and scope of the federal government Saturday, choosing as his running mate Rep. Paul Ryan of Wisconsin, the architect of the GOP’s plans to slash spending and overhaul Medicare.

In a risky and surprising move to give his campaign a jolt of momentum, Romney chose the 42-year-old congressman over several contenders considered safer bets. The selection seemed destined to shift the tone of a campaign that has become mired in petty squabbles and force a debate over how to tackle the nation’s fiscal challenges.

While the government is preparing for civil unrest and rebellion, and I expect it to happen, we could fix our economic crisis if we wanted to, before Hell breaks loose.

For one, stop kids from quitting school before graduation. They can graduate the normal way or do it in a government camp, like boot camp back before 1970.

School coursework will be limited to math, science, basic english composition, and basic vocational technologies.

No more tax money spent on social science, fine arts, or journalism. A century ago, if you wanted to study literature you organized a club with interested school ma'ams, perfessers, and larval homosexuals.

Provide girls with cash incentives to sterilize themselves, or lesser cash incentives to postpone pregnancy.

Offer Niggaz cash to move to Africa and forfeit American citizenship. Africa will embrace the money and welcome the trouble. Make the offer at the sentencing hearings: 100K and a fresh start in Africa OR 10 years with no parole.
