When I was in the 4th grade we started a rock collection of rocks that looked like states, I think we finally found about 40 that really looked like states. We had a blast! I Love rocks! My fav is Emerald.

My 5 year old still picks up every rock she finds. Half of our front yard is a rock garden, and we live on a gravel road. That's a lot of rocks. She brings 'em in, washes 'em, leaves 'em on the table, and I throw 'em back outside. It's an endless cycle.

The really cool ones either go in the iguana cage or the aquarium.
