He knew Allie would probably already know, or if not she could guess.

"Now dont either of you move just yet" he said as he got out of the car, he walked around and opened the doors for them both, he was definatly on his best behavior

A little bird ? Oh, Liz. Allie just smiled and nodded as she and Akira waited for Max to come around and open the door. When he did, Allie giggled, "Wow, so gentlemanly tonight, I'm almost impressed." She teased as Akira clung to her side, almost scared to be close to Max.

Only almost then I must try harder he thought to himself.

Seeing Akira cling to Allie was, a little off putting if she was going to be that close to Allie for the whole time, then how was he supposed to get close to her, he shook the thought away. Lets just enjoy each others company for now and see what happens. He shut the car doors, and walked over to the main entrance, holding the door again.

Allie smiled at Max again as Akira still nearly attached to her hip followed her inside. Akira bit her lip nervously, not really knowing why she felt uncomfortable around Max, maybe because she felt like if she talked to another guy she could risk losing Nick forever like when he left her for nana.

Meanwhile, Allie was beginning to get annoyed by Akira already but tried not to show it as they stood in line, finally when it was their turn, the waitress smiled brightly...too brightly. "Hi, Welcome to Olive Garden. How many are in your party?"

Allie nearly rolled her eyes, there were three people, obviously it was a party of three.

Allie, Akira and Max had been gone for a little while. Benji was dressed okay. "I'll be right down lover boy. You are still hungry right." She winked at him. She ran up to her room and put on a red mini dress. She put on a pair of flats. She came down stairs. She picked up her purse. "Lets go. We are going to spy." She had an evil grin on her face. They piled into Lizs car as she drove to the restuarant.

Max smiled back at the waitress, "three please"

The waitress raised her eyebrow at them but kept her fake smile on,"Wonderful, follow me please." her voice was annoyingly too cheerful and was giving Allie a headache. Akira frowned at the red head, "Allie are you okay?"

"Yeah, I'm fine..." Allie said, okay so maybe taking Akira with them wasn't such a good idea after all.

Finally, they reached the table which was located by the window where there was a romantic view of the sea. The table was square shaped with two chairs on each side. Allie sat down and Akira immediately sat down right next to Allie.

"Can I get you guys a drink? Or appetizers?" the waitress asked, her smile still plastered on her face.

Liz had pulled into a parking spot outside of the resturant. "Liz you can be truely evil" Benji said to her. "Thanks." She said cheerfully. Taking it as a compliment. They got of the car and inside. The walked in hoping Allie or Max or even Akira would see them. Surely they would be recongized.

They walked over to the table and before Max could move Akira sat next to Allie, so he decided to sit facing Allie. The waitress asked if we wanted anything to start, Max looked over to Allie, "you choose, I'm just here to pay," he smiled.

Allie laughed, "No, I'm sure theres another reason you're here." She blushed at her near sexual innuendo then looked at the menu. "I'll just have a diet coke." Allie said then turned to Akira, "What did you want to order?"

"Diet coke please," Akira said in a low tone.She wasnt one to give up free food,but since Allie sort of demanded it then it would be okay to do so.

"ok, and I'll have a regular coke please"

Max had decided he wasnt going to drink any alcohol, well not just yet anyway, He started to check out the menu, and almost instantly the spaghetti with meat sauce caught his eye.

"I think I'll be having that then"

The waitress nodded as she scribbled down the orders, "Are you two ready?"

Allie shook her head, "No, I'm still looking at the menu."

The waitress looked at Akira in question.

"Hamburger with cheese if you dont mind" Akira said as she closed the menu not wanting to get anymore.

Liz walked in. She looked around. She spoted the trio in the corner. Quickly looking away. Hoping none of them saw her. They were also then greeted by the cheery host. "Hi, Welcome to Olive Garden. How many are in your party?"

"Just two" Liz spoke up. "I would like a table were I can see that group of people but they can't see us."

"Okay then" The hostess said. She lead them to a table. Liz giggling. Not really believing that she would go as low as spying on her friend. "Your waitress will be with you guys in a moment." Benji nodded.

The waitress raised her eyebrow, "Um this is an Italian restuarant, we don't serve cheeseburgers..."

Allie bit back a groan.

"I'll have the same thing he is having then" Akira said pointing to Max.

-he looked to her and walked with her side by side-"Let me get the chicken i like shoping and cooking"-he said as he ran off to the poultry section and looked at the diffrent chicken-

The waitress turned to Allie, "Um, I'll have the seafood alfredo please."

The waitress nodded scribbled down both orders and rushed off, returning once to give them there drinks and then tell them that their food would be ready soon.

Allie twirled her hair as she sat quietly trying to think of something to say. She frowned once though in confusion when she thought she saw Liz and Ben, but no way they wouldn't come and spy...would they?

grabbing the last of the items on her list she looks around for leon .. seeing him she heads towards him "is there anything else you would want for supper?" she asks lookin at her list to make sure she got everything

Liz turned her phone on vibrate just in case Allie decieded to text her or call. The restuarant was busy enough that if she did call Allie wouldn't be able to hear Liz's voice over the crowd, just through the phone.

"Can I get you guys anything to drink?"

Liz looked at the waitress. "Yes can I get a virgin Strawberry daquiri." Benji ordered himself a drink.

"any appetizers?"

Liz looked at Benji. "How does bruschetta sound?" He nodded. Liz turned her attention back to the waitress. "the bruschetta please."

-e picked up a package of Chicken it was the best fo rgrilling it and it was lean and cheap-"here i usually pick up this it cooks well"-he said as he looked to her-"but thats all"-he said and began walking with her-"Your one of a kind so far you know that"-he said-

smiling "no i didnt know that. why do you say that though?" shes asks waiting in line to check out

They didnt have to wait long untill the waitress returned with there drinks, and the knownledge that the food would be long, Max watched as Allie played with her hair, then she frowned

"Allie, are you ok?"

He turned to see what she was looking at but saw nothing out of the ordinary.

Allie blinked, "What? No, I just thought I saw...never mind, it was probably just my imagination."

She smiled at Max. "So.....how's things with the band? Do you think you're getting closer to getting signed?"

Great, she was on a date and all she could think about was talking about business.
