He smiled at her. "Get your stuff, you're spending the night." He told her, slapping her butt as she hurried to her room.

Alex sighed softly as he say in his room. He didn't like any of this. He looked over his room for a moment and then just let himself flop down into his bed. No one was going to come to comfort him. They all knew what the problem was, and they all knew that they couldn't help. He missed Nadia. Everyone in the band either had relationships or seemed to be doing well without them. Everyone was doing well. He wasn't but that was okay.

Liz ran up to her room. She got a small duffle bag and packed some things into it. Zipped it up and left the room. She stopped by Alex's room. She knocked on the door. "I'll be back tomorrow Alex." She called out. She ran to the living room. She walked up behind Allie. "The bitch in training as you would say will be back tomorrow. Make sure these people don't wreck my house." she whispered into her ear. Waiting a moment to get the response out of her friend.

Benji had already started to his car. His kit would be safe there and he would pick it up tomorrow. He bounced his foot on the front step as he waited for Liz. What would the night hold for them he wondered?

Liz left the house. She saw Benji waiting for her on the front step. "okay I'm ready" she said.

He opened her door and watched as she slid into the passenger seat of his car. He hopped over to his side and they were off. "Do you need, want or desire anything before we get to my place?" He asked in case she wanted anything. He shifted gears and laid his hand on her thigh.

Liz smiled. "No I think my desire can wait at least a few more minutes." She said with a small on her face. The night was still young and it should sure as hell be fun.

"How about your needs or wants?" He teased her, rubbing his hand higher. The car was streaking towards home as if it knew what was going to happen.

Allie's eyes widened, "W-what, n-no don't..."

She sighed as Liz ignored her and left. Now she was in the house alone...well, almost alone since Ashley hardly made her prescence known.


Finally, Allie cleared her throat and glanced over at Max, while telling herself to say something...say something damn it! "So, um...have you written any new songs lately?"

She had to hold back a groan, why would he even tell her that? They were supposedly enemies and now he probably thought she was prying or something...

"Nevermind, you don't have to tell me...." She said quickly then pushed her red hair out of her eyes.

Liz had a smile on her face. "Well if you want me to last until we get to your place I will need you to stop touching me." She teased. "But my body does want you to keep your hands there."

Shane decided to make a stop at the club to check on things. He drove the short distance there, and then pulled into a parking spot out front. He climbed out of his car, and stretched, then started in for the door, only to almost run into a young woman.

After leaving the club, Cassie almost bumped into someone, she looked up, "Oh, I'm sorry..." she pushed her dark brown hair out of her eyes.

Shane sidestepped at the last second, and looked down at the young woman in question. He smiled at her apology. "It's okay. I should have been watching where I was going. I'm Shane. And you are?" He held out his hand.

Finally, Allie cleared her throat and glanced over at Max, while telling herself to say something...say something damn it! "So, um...have you written any new songs lately?"

"well, funnily enough, me and Benji, well it was more Benji came up with a new idea while we were waiting for Pizza, I'm just going throught the motions of it, its called green eyed monster, its about a girl who trys to make a boy she likes jealous, but ends up pushing him into the arms of someone else, I dont know where he came up with it, but I think its a good concept"

He heard a car starting outside, so he rose to his feet and walked over to the window watching out not to trip over Ashley, he tried to see Allies face in the reflection from the window as he walked over, to see her reaction to what he had just said. When he got to the window he saw Liz and Benji in his car,

"I dont believe this, we have already lost half of the group, I knew you should have left the chick flick and put Batman on, noone would have left then"

Cassie smiled, "I'm Cassandra, but you can call me Cassie.." She took his hand. "It's nice to meet you Shane."

Shane shook her hand gently, and smiled. "That's a beautiful name. So what causes a woman to LEAVE a club this early?"

"Well, you certainly didn't say anything now did you?" She crossed her arms against her chest, "Besides, they would've left with any movie on. Any idiot could've seen that."

Shane shook her hand gently, and smiled. "That's a beautiful name. So what causes a woman to LEAVE a club this early?"

Cassie blushed, "Um, actually I just came here to ask some questions about the competition. It had nothing to do with the club or anything..."

Shane raised an eyebrow at that, then grinned. "So, then you're going to be trying out? I should warn you, the competition is stiff. I just came from a house where TWO bands were practicing for it."

Cassie gave a nervous laughter, "No, not really...I mean, music it isn't really my thing. My friends tried to co-erce me into it and I thought there might be some sort of prize that involved money." She gave a small shrug.

Shane had to laugh at that. Then he shook his head. "That's a shame. The prize was to be the opening act of one of the two musical acts holding the contest."

"why should I have said anything? I'm not going to dispute being the only male left in a room with two rather hot ladies now am I." he smiled cockily

He turned to go back to the kitchen for some more cider, to help wash down the rest of the popcorn. While in the kitchen he began looking through the fridge and cupboards looking for anything else to eat.

Alex just sat silently in his room. He wasn't even sure if he wanted to be in the band anymore.

Allie stood there frozen, unable to give a good comeback...until after he left the living room, "Yeah well...you weren't the only guy here before!!!" She yelled.

He was definately drunk. Had he even realized that he called her hot? Probably not...because in a drunken state of mind, you don't even know what you're saying...then again he didn't even sound drunk!! Damn it, now she was confused.

Cassie

Cassie smiled, "Yeah, I know but like I said, my heart isn't really into perform. I mean I like to play the drums and even though I can sing, I don't like it as much. Probably because my parents forced that on me more than anything."

He smiled to himself when he heard Allie shout back at him, maybe Benji was right, no surely not, Max finally picked up the last few slices of one pizza and took then back into the couch, he sat back down, opposite Allie.

"great comeback by the way" with that he took a large bite of pizza.

"Oh...go screw yourself..." She said, knowing that yes her comeback had been really lame but she didn't have to explain herself to him. She smirked and grabbed a piece of pepperoni of his slice of pizza, well one of the few that had been left after his huge bite of pizza and popped it into her mouth.

"God, you know you have to actually chew before you swallow, right?" Allie said rolling her eyes at him.
