Benji watched from the end of the bar as Nailz and her man got out of the booth and went backstage. He hoped this meant the girls were about to start their set. He hadn't seen Nadia come from the back area and take a seat on the loveseat earlier. He sat the empty glass down and shook his head when the bartender asked if he was ready for another. "Just some ice water." He yelled over the din. He squeezed a lemon wedge onto the cold water and took a big drink. It was so cold it hurt. He leaned back against the bar and closed his eyes.

Nailz started walking to the back, but first stopped at the bar to grab a bottle of water, before going back stage.
