I find it interesting how rabid conservatives constantly bitch about the left using the courts to overturn laws they're unable to address through legislation ("legislating from the bench" is the phrase they love to sing), but have no problem running to the courts to knock down laws they don't like.
It's all about double standards, baby.
(For what it's worth, I strongly support the second amendment and own guns myself, so that's not my point at all.)

Tell me... and try to put together a coherent thought here... how do you reconcile your position that guns should be available for everyone, with your position that lack of gun control killed that DEA agent? Guns don't kill people, criminals do. Why are you blaming the DEA? They didn't kill him.

There was a great Matt Tabbibi article recently about the Fast 'n Furious butthurt. Seems there was equal blame between Republicans and Democrats regarding how those guns got to Mexico, but our conservative brethren focus exclusively on Democratic shortcomings. I am....shocked. No, really.
