Because thinking as you do hurts more than it helps people. We learn from our experiences and pass the good down to children so they don't have to relearn that giving a semi-automatic weapon to a mentally unstable kid is not a good idea and that going unvaccinated is an okay choice when we know the potential outcomes are worse. It's upsetting that you think guardrails for living are unnecessary because you feel it infringes on personal decisions as some sort of right. We don't let children decide to play 'cowboys and Indians' with real weapons do we? Or maybe that's okay with you, too?
