I need suggestions for a new rewards program for weight loss. In 2002, I lost 45 pounds and I have a few more to go before I will be where I want to be. I seem to have lost my motivation over the last 3 months and haven't gained anything back but I haven't lost anything more.

I need "little" reward suggestions to keep my motivation going...

What can you afford?

Would a vacation to someplace you have always wanted to go be way to much?

If so, how about something new for your home that you have been wanting?

Small is what I can afford. I can save for big stuff but I need stuff to get me from the week to week. I weigh in every Monday so in my head I try to just focus on 7 days. At the end of 7 days it is nice to get something small that isn't food as a reward.

The vacation I'm saving for when I actually hit "goal". It will be someplace warm and tropical where I get to wear excuses for clothing and show off my new body.

hmmm... Home stuff is good idea. I've been wanting some additional art for the walls.

hmmm

Congrats PB that is awsome.
Maybe treat youself to a massage, manicure, facial etc.

Rare? :p

I'll come over and fuck your brains out if you drop the last 10 pounds.

Is that motivation enough?

How much would I have to lose to get that offered to me?

You don't need to lose a thing, darlin'. Just like PB, over there. And wear the glasses.....

Realize that when women say "I have to lose these last few pounds, they're going from nicely curvy to bones and skin. I like my woman curvy, and tanned. ;)

Yep! That will work.

Can I get that signed by a notary?

*snickers* Ask Morgy just how "curvy" I am ;)

I could lose 50 lbs and still not be skin and bones.

A friend once said: "More bounce to the ounce is what counts. "
