cuckold simply means a man whose wife/partner is cheating on him - whether he knows about it or not, whether he likes it or not doesn't matter. What makes for a good cuckold story, in my opinion, though is when the husband does know about it and has to struggle with why he gets so turned on by knowing or even seeing his wife with other men.
as for reverse cuckold, it is pretty prevelant; the difference that the OP is trying to get at is not that the husband is cheating on her, but she gets off on it, attempting to switch the defining factor - cheating husband - to her own fulfillment. Thus, the reverse is her own struggle of finding how turned on she is by seeing her husband with other women.

Its not cheating if the man likes it. We call those people swingers. At the very least a cuckhold has to be unwilling at least at first. He's a victim not a partner. Otherwise it's swinging.

We weren't really sure what to call it. The stories we has read all seem to call the guy watching a cuckold. Either way though, going to a bar and watch from a distance and following the wife/girlfriend home or whatever, seems o be a popular theme.
