There are a bunch of these on the net. Whether they're true or not, it seems a big attraction for people to see pics or video of some guy's ex-girlfriend (although it is almost always obvious that she knew and approved of the pics). It's usually accompanied by some spiel about how the girl cheated on him or spent all his money, so he's going to get even. If they're real, it's incredibly pathetic. Women definitely need to be choosier about the douchebags they date (especially when said douche wants to record it for posterity's sake). In this case, the guy's going to get what he deserves. As long as there's audio, it's illegal in every state. Even if he gets probation, he'll be a felon for life. Hope the laugh was worth it...

Soppose she was fucking half a dozen other guys behind his back, all the while telling him he's the only one. Suppose he found out his friends even knew about it and wouldn't tell him. I see this as just another example of bad reporting. They only give you the side of the story they think will rile you up the most. I'd rather have the fact than speculation before I form any oppinions.

Behaving like an immature ass isn't excusable by her behavior, and two wrongs never make a right. What he did could have caused her some real, physical harm.

I'm with cloudy on this one. I don't believe in getting even by stooping down to (or lower than) the level of the offending party. All the suppositions you made might change my opinion of her, but wouldn't make his actions any less immature and crude.

To me there is no possible reason why it would be okay for someone to spread the DVDs like this guy did. I hope he gets the maximum sentence, which probably won' be much, but hopefully his reputation will be ruined for a while to come.
