Nostradamus said the third antichrist would be called "Mabus".

George W Bush is unique in that he is the first businessman ever elected to the Presidency. You abbreviate Master of Business thusly MA. Bus.

A popular description by the left of Bush is that he isn't the real President. He did receive less of the popular vote than Gore Not real= False. False President/False Prophet?

Antichrist would rule over 7 years of tribulation. Last three years of first term(2002, 2003 and 2004) and all four years of next term=7 years.

Would be enormously popular. If this war goes quickly and without rivers of blood (as predicted) he will be vindicated and his critics will be silenced, for a time.

Bush may just be the False Prophet, the antichrist may be Business in general with it's ruthless devotion to the profit margin above all else. Christ said it himself. "One cannot serve two masters" The other master he was referring to was money, in response to the rich man's inquiry on how to get to heaven.

Look at America today. What is everyone concerned with? Most of our college grads are in the business field. We measure everything by the dollar anymore. Christmas is mostly about how well the retailers fare during the "shopping season".

We are about to go to war and one of our principal concerns is about how the stock market will react.

Just food for thought....

Oh, about the "Rapture"

Maybe they already had it and nobody made the cut.

Remember, he is going to fool almost everybody.

LMFAO christ CV you're such a fucking dick most of the time, but every once in a while, you just slay me;)

Excerpt from "Foucault's Pendulum" (or "Nostradomus Was a Big Fat Idiot") by Umberto Eco:

Amid all the nonsense there are some unimpeachable truths... I invite you to go and measure [an arbitrarily selected] kiosk._ You will see that the length of the counter is one hundred and forty-nine centimeters - in other words, one hundred-billionth of the distance between the earth and the sun._ The height at the rear, one hundred and seventy-six centimeters, divided by the width of the window, fifty-six centimeters, is 3.14._ The height at the front is nineteen decimeters, equal, in other words, to the number of years of the Greek lunar cycle._ The sum of the heights of the two front corners is one hundred and ninety times two plus one hundred and seventy-six times two, which equals seven hundred and thirty-two, the date of the victory at Poitiers._ The thickness of the counter is 3.10 centimeters, and the width of the cornice of the window is 8.8 centimeters._ Replacing the numbers before the decimals by the corresponding letters of the alphabet, we obtain C for ten and H for eight, or C10H8, which is the formula for naphthalene.

...With numbers you can do anything you like._ Suppose I have the sacred number 9 and I want to get the number 1314, date of the execution of Jacques de Molay - a date dear to anyone who professes devotion to the Templar tradition of knighthood. ...Multiply nine by one hundred and forty-six, the fateful day of the destruction of Carthage._ How did I arrive at this?_ I divided thirteen hundred and fourteen by two, by three, et cetera, until I found a satisfying date._ I could also have divided thirteen hundred and fourteen by 6.28, the double of 3.14, and I would have got two hundred and nine._ That is the year Attalus I, king of Pergamon, ascended the throne.

You see? ...The universe is a great symphony of numerical correspondences... numbers and their symbolisms provide a path to special knowledge._ But if the world, below and above, is a system of correspondences where tout se tient, it's natural for the [lottery] kiosk and the pyramid, both works of man, to reproduce in their structure, unconsciously, the harmonies of the cosmos

My God! The conspiracy goes even higher than I thought.

Let he who hath understanding reckon the number of the beast.

I am no bible thumper. Not even a Christian by the standards of todays christianity (they are mostly hypocrites to the teachings they profess to follow)

I just can't dismiss Christ's existence as a myth. Someone was here 2000+ years ago. He was dismissed then because he didn't fit their image of a "saviour". They were convinced they would recognize the messiah. They were wrong.

This post isn't for the atheists. Its for those that think they know what to look for. Those that think they can interpret the bible.

I don't profess to be a biblical expert, or to even believe what I propositioned. Just some interesting observations.

Dixon, exactly.

I don't think anyone dismisses Jesus' existence as a myth. He's regarded to be an historical figure.

However, the description of his character and his life as described in the Gospels is generally regarded to be much more apocryphal than historical, written as they were 50-100 years after his death, by acolytes hoping to create a myth to build a church around, with some politically expedient parables added to the text by church leaders in Middle Ages, and mistranslated over 2000 years from Sanskrit to Arabic to Greek to Latin to English. I don't think anyone can actually say Jesus was "such and such" a man or can describe with any authenticity just how he was regarded as a "Savior". All of Jesus' attributes must be taken on faith alone, for they are not recorded otherwise.

Nostrodamus, on the other hand, was most assuredly psychotic.
