okay, what should one do when returning a computer back to Dell.

de-authorize iTunes, yes? With Apple, I think one can only have iTune installed and active on five different devices. So, its always best to de-authorize a device when you are no longer using it, correct? Now, I don't have to worry about the music as we installed a second hard drive and put all the data on it.

Remove MS-Office?
I think with Microsoft that they count the number of times you install office, so is there a way to take back the install?

Course, will wipe the drive but there really isn't much on it. Didn't have this Dell for a long time, a couple of weeks ... and since we had trouble with it from day 1, never put anything important on it.

So thoughts? plan of action? let's hear it teck studs

It looks amateur enough and you could label it family reunion or office pool party.

I still use office 2003 and have installed it on over 12 computers so far (all in my household) with no issues. Of course I only agree to register the first time I installed it.
