Retirement community encounters

I'm tooling around with an idea for a line of stories. They center around this black guy who gets hired on as a maintenance tech at a retirement community. The community consists of 50 cottages and an assisted living center. Each cottage is occupied by a retured couple. The hero of the story goes out on service calls and ends up servicing the old ladies of the house.

nice concept to tie together a series. In order to keep them fresh, you might mix in some voyeurism, group encounters, etc.

I am definately working on it! Although, at this point all of my ideas center around the maintenance man and the older ladies in the community. Retirement Center - Chapter 1: Mrs. Hall.....Retirement Center - Chapter 2: Mrs. Federman...etc.

The options to the maintenance man are numerous for a few reasons. First, all of the husbands pose no physical threat to him. Two, some of the old ladies have not had access to a hard cock in many years. Third, Alzheimer's is also a factor that allows total freedom on his part. Shit, I'm getting hard just thinking about it!!!

Well, the gun is the great equalizer. Like the old lady in the retirement home down in Georgia (think it was GA), that shot her lover because he cheated on her with a younger old person. But hey, whatever.

If going for an old people home setting, I think you should really focus on old people, and not get caught up in "she was seventy, but looked forty..." Then it's just a sex story. But that's just me...
