Retail store cashiers should not comment on customer's purchases

I was at Walmart the other day purchasing a pair of shoes. Men's size 14.

After the cashier scanned them, he said, "My God, you have big feet."

I looked at the person's name tag and it read, "Cashier Manager"

It seems to me that commenting on a customer's purchases should be prohibited.

What if I had hemorrhoids and was purchasing a creme to reduce the pain, inflammation and discomfort?

He probably would have said, "Thank God I don't have hemorrhoids like you do."
