I had a conversation with someone that other day. A person that I believed at the time to be a friend and I was quickly shown the error of my thoughts. This 51 year old white male told me that he had been disenfranchised because of those niggley little things that you mention amicus. That he, poor misunderstood white man, has to suffer while "those black women, those latino men, queers/lesbos, and those indians (native americans) get all the good jobs" and he has to suffer along making $60,000 a year..... Ummm... WAHHHHH!!!!!
I asked him at what time he did ever have to worry about being looked at in a way that did not make him feel human. I said at what time in your life or in the ENTIRE FUCKING HISTORY of the white male did any of them have to worry their heads over NOT being top dog... and if they weren't and couldn't get those that were already there (either living, working, or simply breathing the air) to assimilate to their ideals and wants... they simply annihilated them and went about their way.

When was the last time straight white men were marched from their homes across country because someone was going to take their land... just cause?
When was the last time that a straight white man was packed in a cargo hold of a ship and like a bunch of sardines and sent someone to be enslaved?
When was the last time that a straight white man was given blankets infected with diseases that he and his family had never been around and it suddenly wiped out him and everyone that he loved and cared for?
