I received some great feedback on my debut story with the sender providing their email address.
As a newbie I'm looking for a wee bit of advice on the etiquette off responding to the feedback.
I only have the email address as i am not sure where on the site to see this directly from the user. It's it appropriate to email from my email address or is there somewhere I can reply through the site? Thanks
SK

It would be something you respond to personally, from your own email, but you are not obliged to do so by any means. Only share your email address if you want to.

If they have a Literotica user name, you can search for that and try to use the feedback feature from the profile page. That will go to the email they're linked to the profile, but there may not be any, as it turns out (then it falls in the black hole, I suppose). If they also happen to be forum user, you can try personal messages here, but that option may not be turned on.

So, that email they given is probably the surest way to contact them, but yeah, that involves exposing an email address of your own, and sure there certain risks that should be taken care for.

I always respond if they leave an email. You can get a throwaway account to use just for here if you want.

I am new here too. FWIW, I established an email account solely for this, and feel comfortable answering feedback through it. I have heard from a couple of very nice people, so I am glad to have that option.

Congrats on your success, and best wishes for more of the same!
