Resource?

If you're like me, you might have a few extra minutes that need killing from time to time. Me? I like to take that time to surf the Internet. Since I am often at work when those extra minutes pop up, I can not surf over to Lit

For the past few months, I have been looking for other writing resources. Something geared more toward the art side of writing (as opposed to the business side). I have not been able to find what I'm looking for.

It would be in poor taste to link to other websites, but if you visit a site or blog or forum that is related to writing, that would be less objectionable to the Internet spies at work, would you be so kind as to send me a link via PM?

This online resource I'm searching for might include:

-Ruminations on writing and its relation to living
-Links to craft-oriented articles and interviews.
-Profiles of writers and their process

The resource would NOT include:
-Erotica (this is something I will be viewing at work, the odd piece on erotica would be okay, but it can't be the focus)
-Information about the business of publishing or marketing (I think they're both fascinating topics, just not what I'm looking for here.)
