Resizing Avitars HELP!!!

I need to now how to do it.

Please tell me how to resize in order to make it an avatar




It is the only way that you will actually get to see what I look like.

Well, if you have any sort of photo editor, there is likely a resize option in one of the menus.
Lately, I still use Ulead IPhoto Plus 4. Because I got used to the way it works and it's easier for me than newer programs.
There will be plenty of people here who can refer you to nice freeware photo editing programs.
