Request for specalist editor/beta-readers

Hello!

I am looking for a couple of specialist editors/beta readers. I think I have my basics of spelling/grammar/story-construction in hand, but I would like a couple of people with certain experiences to give my work a once-over to give me their opinion.

1) I am writing a long-form (multipart/novella) submission for the first time. I do not have the entire thing written, only the first chapter. I do have ideas for the next couple of chapters, but I am a fairly slow writer, so I have time to let ideas percolate. I would like someone who has done long-form writing before read my first chapter, and see if they see any issues that would come back to haunt me later down the line. It is easier to fix a foundational issue before you start building.

2) The fates being what they are, this older male is writing a young bi female protagonist. This first chapter is particularly focused on female/female pairings. I am looking for someone younger, or at least closer to their college years, and female to check my use of speech for timeliness and gender-difference issues for accuracy. I imagine I betray my maleness somehow, but I think I am better than some at writing cross-gender. But I can only be better if someone tells me what I am doing wrong.
