bread crums or even better is croutons crumbled
2 eggs
1 small onion
toss in some salt
pepper
garlic powder
i like cilantro in mine not everyone does oregano will do
you can also toss in some parmisian cheese.

Honestly i do most all this from my head. So sorry.

Cook for 1.1.5 hours.

Hmmm. I've used long-grain rice in meatballs, but never croutons or crumbs. I may have to try that.
