Republicans

phrodeau writes: "I see that Dumpington can’t find one positive thing to say about Republicans."

Republicans love & respect America more than Democrats do.

Republicans understand business, economics, & jobs-creation better than Democrats do.

Republicans are NOT science-deniers regarding basic biology the way that Democrats are.

Republicans care more about fair elections than do Democrats.

Fuzzy1975 writes: "I've said this before, on other boards. The US of A has become a society of fear. Fear of socialism, fear of racism, fear of gun violence, fear of immigrants, ... fear, fear fear"

The Democratic Party has embraced HATRED as a political tactic. Hatred of President Trump, hatred of law enforcement, hatred of capitalism, hatred of our U.S. Constitution, hatred of the unborn, hatred of Judeo-Christian traditional values, hatred of secure borders, hatred of law-abiding Americans being about to defend themselves with firearms, hatred of Israel, hatred of real women competing in women's athletic events, etc. etc. etc.

BotanyBoy writes: "Socialism was behind the murder of well over 100 million people in the 20th century....it should be feared."

magicalmoments writes: "Fear arises from fascism, over 100 million deaths down to fascism in the 20th century."

Fascism isn't anywhere near as murderous as Socialism. Marxist-Socialist dictatorships (e.g. Mao, Stalin, & Pol Pot) have murdered FAR more innocent people than even that one National-Socialist dictatorship (e.g. Hitler). But the modern Democratic Party now wants to give socialism another try? Seriously!

bodysong writes: "The Republicans are nervous about Nov. 6, 2019"

Again, the House of Representatives can impeach Trump, but only the U.S. Senate has the power to remove him from office (and that's NOT going to happen)

Sorry, try selling this to a fellow country person ( should be an easy sell, as your president said "I love the uneducated"). I am not American, I see these fear tactics from both parties, ( currently its driven most by the person elected as your president more so than either party at the moment, but the Republicans are a close second) but you believe what you wish, your country, your problems.

Okay, so you're NOT an American, and so none of this should concern you!

"...but you believe what you wish, your country, your problems."

Our President Obama was quite popular with a LOT of people around the world who despise the United States! But here in the U.S. we increasingly saw him as inept, incompetent, & corrupt! He destroyed his own party's once-huge majorities in the U.S. House & Senate, and helped sink Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign, as well. When Barack & Michelle hit the campaign trail for Mrs. Clinton, I KNEW she was going to lose!

The rest of the world saw President Obama as the man elected to manage America's decline, and they had NO DESIRE to see him replaced by someone promising to "Make America GREAT Again," but the people of this country saw things differently! And yes, we will support President Trump's re-election in 2020 by even greater numbers!

Generally, in my observation republicans have bigger balls than democrats, although a few dems, AOC for instance, can out balls any 10 republicans all by herself.

You're conflating confident ignorance with balls.

Knowing something that just isn't true is not the same as having balls.

If she had balls she wouldn't have edited all the controversial and largely insane shit out of green new deal.

She would have stood by her calls for racial equity.

Fear arises from fascism, over 100 million deaths down to fascism in the 20th century.

No, fear arises from applied force.

Force that socialist are every bit as happy to use as fascist....that's why they look so similar to one another.

More like 20 million....but don't let that stop you from trying to church up the most murderous ideology in all of human history. :)

Of course your President is a concern to other people than just your citizens. The US of A had( past tense since it influence world wide is rapidly being eroded) great influence over world wide policy's and politics. With that disappearing, other countries, and their citizens have a valid reason to be concerned.

As to your "mention" of Obama: well he did clean up the financial mess made by George Jr. Which I seriously doubt the current president would be up to the task if the terms were reversed.

You write about the influence of the U.S.A. being eroded - and yes, THAT was Barack Obama's contribution & historic legacy! Like I said, he was elected by liberal/progressives to "manage America's decline," which he most certainly did!

Barack Obama was (and is) a complete dumbass when it comes to business & economic matters. He didn't clean up anything!

Back in 2008, then-Senator Obama called President Bush "unpatriotic" for allowing America's debt to increase by $4-trillion during Bush's eight-years in the White House! But then, eight-years after THAT, President Obama left office having increased our national debt by a whopping TEN-TRILLION-DOLLARS! Barack, it turns out, was a hypocritical moron who is NOW trying to take credit for the Trump economic boom! Only those people who DISLIKE America liked Obama!

Our influence isn't being eroded, we just aren't getting fucked quite as hard nor are we putting up with as much smug eurotrash bullshit.

USA is so terrible!!! Warmongers!!! Racist killing innocent brown folks!!!

Cool....we need to be the fuck out, fuck the UN, NATO and especially fuck the EU and China.

They can all eat a dick and police their own god damn back yards then.

Next time war, genocide and hardship comes blasting down their doors?? I hope to fucking gawd not a single drop of US blood nor a single god damn penny is spent dealing with it.

I waded through the financial mess made under the Clinton administration, btw it's not a presidents task.

POTUS isn't a god king....almost everything Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush Jr., Obama and Trump have been blamed for? Was Congress's fuck up. Not the presidents.

The worst they can be charged with when it comes to economic policy is not veto'ing something.

My term past tense was implied to the word "had". I was writing in the present, so what ever Obama did or did not do is irrelevant to my point.

Chuckles, all I can say, sorry.

And your deficit is today, more or less than Obama's?

Does the law say...

Since Donald Trump was sworn into office I've heard Republicans proclaim that collusion isn't a crime, fraud isn't a crime, sexual assault isn't a crime, perjury isn't a crime and lying to the FBI isn't a crime.

Once upon a time, didn't the Republican Party claim to be the Party of Law and Order? How did they become the Party of Obstruction and Cover-Ups?

Does the law say that people are to be viewed as innocent until PROVEN guilty? Or are wild accusations and leaked half-truths and manufactured reports and mob hysteria the new law? Should the lynch mob hang people before they can face their accusers and have their day in court? Someday this warped sense of "law and order" that you are championing will turn around and bite you when you are falsely accused. Please remember that you were told in advance what is going to happen to you under socialism.

Let facts speak here, you are 100% correct, innocent until proven guilty by the court, or a jury of your peers,(that is the law in both our countries).

You should just leave it at that.

When you, or others, (and i don't really care which party supporter you are since I am not an american, but an impartial observer) add in little tidbits such as the above, you take away from your core argument, and in the end, self defeat what your initial point was.

‘Put Moscow Mitch on the list of endangered candidates’: MSNBC’s Morning Joe mocks McConnell over Kentucky loss

MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough gleefully mocked “Moscow Mitch” McConnell after President Donald Trump apparently cost Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin his re-election bid.

The Republican governor appeared to be poised to win re-election until Trump rallied with him and McConnell in Lexington, and Bevin narrowly lost to Democrat Andy Beshear after the president said the gubernatorial race was a referendum on his administration.

“Yeah, it is about him,” Scarborough said, “and you know who else it’s about, and we’ve talked about it, the guy that a lot of people in Kentucky, certainly around Lexington and Louisville, call ‘Moscow Mitch,’ even some people in the rural areas starting to call him ‘Moscow Mitch,’ because they don’t understand why he continues to do Vladimir Putin’s bidding and not listening to Trump’s FBI director, not listen to Trump’s CIA director, not listen to any military people that keep warning ‘Moscow Mitch’ to put up these safeguards to protect American democracy.”

Even more evil than Trump is Moscow Mitch, Putin's little bitch, shove him in a ditch!:)

Trump says that he stands accused, and should be allowed to face his accuser.

The anonymous whistleblower wrote a complaint, and sent it to the DNI Inspector General. Not an accusation.

The IG stated that the complaint was urgent and credible. Not an accusation.

No thanks to the DNI, the complaint made it to the House Intelligence Committee, who opened an investigation. Not an accusation.

The investigation is likely to lead to one or several Articles of Impeachment. These would be accusations, made by the House of Representatives.

Trump will then have the opportunity to face his accusers, if he's got the balls for it.

Trump will then have the opportunity to face his accusers, if he's got the balls for it.

And we now know he wants that to be in public and face-to-face, not in written answers. (Way to go, Donnie. :D)

That's what indictments are for, to determine whether there's adequate evidence to go forward with a trial. And that is all an impeachment is. If Trump is impeached, he'll get his chance to face his accusers - although I wouldn't put it past him to refuse and take his case straight to Twitter.

Fuzzy1975 writes: "And your deficit is today, more or less than Obama's?"

Since you're bringing up Obama, chuckles - are you aware that that pinhead accused President Bush of being "unpatriotic" after Bush added $4-trillion to our debt? But then hypocritical dumbass Obama went and increased our debt by TEN-TRILLION?

Schlank writes: "The Republicans just suffered huge losses in Kentucky in Virginia. How nervous do you suppose they are now?"

HUGE losses? Seriously? Both of Kentucky's U.S. Senators are STILL Republicans!

The Trump-haters don't understand why the U.S. Senate gets to acquit President Trump and defeat all of the hate-filled efforts by House-Democrats to remove him from office!

YDB95 writes: "And that is all an impeachment is. If Trump is impeached, he'll get his chance to face his accusers"

Clinton never even attended his trial in the U.S. Senate, and neither will Trump. The Democratic Party lacks the votes. Period!

In the interest of Fair Play shouldn't Donnie testify in his own defence?

You know, Under Oath?

Televised from the well of the Senate, the Greatest Stage of all?

Reality TV for the Star of Reality TV, in Prime Time!

With instant replay!

You sort of seem like a smart guy, maybe you can puzzle out why Obama increased your national debt during his tenure.

Then after that, answer my original question, is the deficit in the US today, larger or smaller than when Obama left office.

My question is really a yes or no question. You throwing in a bunch of extra verbiage, about irrelevant information, seems more like a deflection, than the simple yes or no answer to my question.

Remember I am not from the US. I don't care about your political parties, or Presidents for that matter. So last time, yes or no to my question?

That would be good theater. He’d perjure himself into a prison cell.

First Trump will try to settle out of court, maybe by bribing the whistleblower.

A straight answer from Dumpington about a question that reflects poorly on the Republicans? Yeah, good luck with that.

Yes, the dump is a lost cause. A bit like trump really.
I wrote him off as a nutter a long time ago and I would certainly never quote any of his bullshit when commenting on it, make him go back and re-read his lies so he can figure out why you're calling him out.
