Not an April Fool's joke. Republicans in Kansas, the state where Republican economics has essentially destroyed the Kansas economy and forced ever more dangerous money-shifting plans to prop up their house of cards, have now passed a bill which would impeach any judge whose decision "usurps the power of another branch".
In other words, if the Justices of the Kansas Supreme Court follow the law and apply the state constitution as it should be, Republicans will impeach them.

I always find it amusing when the party which claims to want less government continually goes out of its way to increase the size and cost of government as well as meddle in how government is done whenever things don't go their way.
Reminds me of other countries around the world where the courts have been neutered so the ruling class can force laws down the throat of the people.
