Republicans pleaded with Americans to "give Trump a chance"

“Give President-elect Trump a chance,” pleads New York Times's Nicholas Kristof
Democrats stuck to Democracy and law, and looked to our American legal system
and Constitution, to protect Democracy
“We owe him an open mind and the chance to lead,” Hillary Clinton said in her concession
speech the day after the election. President Obama echoed Clinton the following day after
a meeting with President-elect Donald Trump: “I believe it is important for all of us
regardless of party and regardless of political preferences, to now come together, work
together, to deal with the many challenges we face.” John Kasich, a staunch opponent
of Donald Trump through election day, said that he prayed for Trump and that he thinks
“as Americans, we all need to come together."

Expectations disappointed and abused, over and over again, for years-
In the animation and live-action film, "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" there is
a great deception taking place.
Judge Doom assumes the role of a living, breathing, flesh and blood, human being...
...and takes advantage of all of the priveleges, rights, and opportunities that are given
to human beings.
Judge Doom cannot fight against his own nature- he falls into making a mistake.
His true identity is revealed, and everyone is witness to the moment of his downfall.
Did Trump reveal his true self, this week ?
In the film, Pistol Packin' (Psychotic) Possum has found himself a "human suit."
A rubbery body and mask. A rubber monster suit, like Godzilla- Mighty Morphin
Power Rangers fought rubber suit monsters, and they continue to star in strange stories.
PBS recently featured a TV show explaining rubber suit monsters to children.
Rubbery clothing, that gave the illusion a three dimensional "real" person as inside
that disguise. Only one problem: low tech/no technology at all- Possum's real eyes
behind a pair of yellow tinted glasses. Eyes of a cartoon character. An evil, deranged,
criminal Psychotic cartoon!
What got Trump and (Psychotic) Possum into trouble, is their delusion that they could live
out their fantasy in the real world. As if the real world was their own, personal bubble.
Their self-talk,and protected, secret speech revealed everything, eventually.
They could not help themselves.
Trump never desired to become a real, live, president. He just wanted to wear the costume,
to disguise what he really is- a one dimensional cartoon of a human being.
The toon cannot be blamed, just a figment of imagination- the creators bear responsibility.
At one point Trump was an innocent child, but he lost his mother's guidance, and lost the
best defense against his evil father. His brothers and sisters were fighting their own battles,
to survive and remain whole, even though they had the advantage of having a mother during
their most tender and vulnerable formation of their characters. They, too, were dominated by
their father, when the mother was out of the picture. His older brother fought the evil, and
escaped- but he did not escape whole. His evil father found a way to rip at him. It caused his
death.
It is sad, that his father figures are evil and criminal, and he believes that evil and criminal
is the role that fate pressed upon him. He has become a cartoon of himself- The Bad Guy
But, America should not lose all her values to a monster, just because a small amount of
evil, selfish. greedy, people have found a use for a monster.

The country will survive, he says. Democrats shouldn’t copy Republicans’ die-hard
opposition to everything President Obama did from the start. (accept our hypocrisy!)
We can’t be sure of Donald Trump’s stances, anyway, the argument goes, and in the
areas where he’s most dangerous, aides can override him. (They did not over-ride Trump)
Kristof isn’t alone:
a chorus of voices saying that those in the streets already protesting a Trump presidency,
have acted too soon.
Trump has won, they say, and therefore has earned a reprieve. (He cheated, lied, and stole it.)
