Someone rightfully said, "I love your Christ, but not your Christians."

You don't need to be a Christian (or any other religion) to be a kind and tolerant person. However, the Christian right has co-opted Christianity to fit their political purpose. They will quote "Render unto Caesar" all day long as long as it is convenient and yet forget most of the other Jesus' teachings.

Also, they only love Jesus during the holidays... I mean Christmas season when their "cultural war" mindset is most alert for any accommodation/tolerance/acceptance of all.
