well maybe, i think it's been my truck, for my only transportation where i am, having that broke down might be a cause. think some sleep would help that?

yea i think it's been harsh, i just don't realize it until the end of the day. is that why beer:30 comes so slow?

Yes i do think some sleep would help, time for relaxation is lost on me as i dont seem to relax much.
