do people other than the fed workers actually get Columbus Day off?

When I lived in NY I always got it off. Do you think NY'ers still do?

well, since I'm an hour late...is it this difficult for everyone else to be an adult, or am I the only one having this issue?

strange, I can't seem to remember whether or not I used to get Columbus Day off in New York...I lived there for 7 years, why can't I remember? do I want to put that part of my life that far behind me?

sorry...thinking aloud. i'll send you an em later...see you later...

Is being an adult everything it's cracked up to be?

Would you like me to help you pack?

What kind of fun do you want?

Anyone else feel like they are in the middle of a skit on Whose Line Is It Anyway?

Is a hoe down anything like "plowing the fertile ground", if you know what I mean?

I think it's more like using the "weed wacker", if you know what I mean?

"Would that be anything close to*nudge* trimming the bushes ......if you know what I mean"? *wink, wink*

LoL..teachers had the day off! But the rest of New York worked!

(oh wait, sanitation and mail carriers had off as well...I believe government job workers were spared the day)
