daiquiri/margarita they can be very similar, especially with fruit

don't you need money to help buy the merchandise that you are wanting to sell - be it coffee, books, ice cream, pastries, or plants?

there was a place in Fairbanks that was called Hot Licks. It was a homemade ice cream shop that shared a corridor with Gulliver's Used Books. It was the best ice cream that I have ever had. They used Meyer's dark rum in their rum raisin, they used Harvey's Bristol Cream in their spumoni. The cinnamon - grape nuts was to die for. Gods, I miss that place. I'd give just about anything to have a scoop of rum raisin and a scoop of cinnamon - grapenuts in a waffle cone. Okay, now I'm hungry. See you in the morning TOG. Have fun!!

are there others?

um...I wouldn't exactly call Fairbanks a small town with 30,000 people there. I've lived in small towns. The population in Romulus New York was 500. ugh!!!! still shuddering from that experience.

and now I'm off to work, late as usual

Hi MBE. If you ever get to go there, and anyone else who might be listening in, make a point of going to Hot Licks in Fairbanks, Alaska. I swear their homemade ice cream is the best ice cream ever!

was that a good plug?

do you know, they sell T-shirts with their Hot Locks logo?

was that second point a question?

hey, did anyone welcome you to the question thread?

we have professionals here to do that, but they're often too busy playing tetris.
