I do know where it is, although I've never been there. I'm from Jensen Beach originally, and also lived in Tampa before moving here. Jensen Beach is about an hour north of west palm beach if you know where that is....my question is, will you make fresh shortcake by the time you visit your parents?

How can you say that? The fresh, succulent strawberry is the best part. Yes, I use whipping cream and whip it in a pre-chilled stainless steel bowl. Cool whip is not allowed in my house.
