I actually do feel better but do you know I was just helping my neighbor put up christmas lights around the house in the dark?

Yes it is working for me. I'm not so sore, I cut the tension down, and I'm doing it every other night. I'm working my lower body on one night and on the opposite nights I am working my upper body. Is that a good idea?

how did you know that was a good thing to do?


lol-ok so it was a lame question, but it was the best i could do for now. yes, it's a great idea. just remember to listen to what your body tells you. if it's too much, it's too much. remember- 2 weeks to build the initial muscle, keep it light till then. And remember the protien- it really will help more.;)
