Yes, that's how I normally make them but Marksgirl gave me a receipe that sounds so yummy I'm going to try....doesn't using a praline topping sound delicious?

As for stroking the chicken Aaron...that'll work for you. Me I'd have to stroke something a bit smaller wouldn't you agree?
