Partly sunny - low 80's - humidity in the 60s% range - 10% chance of rain. That is what I would call pretty darn good. Although it could be slightly cooler, but I won't complain.

Sure. Uh, probably ranks more as a definately. There is a 30% chance of scattered and isolated showers on Tuesday and Friday, other than that the weather is supposed to be pretty darn good. And yes, I will make some brownies for you.

He's a real good sharer, except when it comes to tapioca pudding. Once in awhile he will share it. As long as you promise you won't take his last one, it shouldn't be too big of a problem.
