I would think that asking Laurel to have it done was a trifle obvious.

Been there, done that. Several times in fact and I have as yet received not a single response from any of the dozen or so e-mails I have sent to Literotica and Laurel on several different subjects.

I understand the 'been there done that' thing. I have been there and done it, too. You might try to PM her, but I did that, and got no response. I also sent several emails to every site address possible, with no results. And, we are not alone. Obviously, she gets more emails than she can handle?
I finally gave up, as my problem, although not fixed, would now be much more trouble to fix, than just leave as it is. Fancy that?
You could also try to PM Manu or go to the link below and respond to his post. Or, maybe create a thread on that forum, because they both should see it.
I do understand your situation. It seems it is real easy to go one way, but nearly impossible to go another way. It is so simple to say contact Laurel and she will fix it.
And, I guess it is possible that someone who has her ear could be reading your thread and find it in their heart to help.
