removing a story

I know i have seen this before, and have done it before but for the life of me I can't remember how to pull a story from my postings. Can anyone help me out with that?

If your story is called "Hello"

Submit a story titled "Hello- DELETE"

And in the text and notes, put 'please delete this story'

Then submit it.
