And yes, it is still relatively early on the Left Coast. HM is in the shower and we will be leaving in about an hour. She doesn't like to move very fast on Saturdays.

This one is very good and very easy. You can also leave out the coconut and pour the mixture over sliced peaches {canned are fine, just drain them first}.

I like to sprinkle a tiny bit of freshly-grated nutmeg in the mixture. Of course, fresh fruit, peaches, blueberries or raspberries, is the best.

I'm pretty sure you can add rum to just about anything. Just adjust the liquid accordingly.


Oh, but Everclear makes a pretty spectacular fireball. You might want to wear safety glasses for that one.
