America is one people, under God.

“In God We Trust”

“God Bless America”

The First Amendment protects religion in America.

American religions prohibit abortion, homosexuality and conception.

For the past 50 years or so, American law has been out of synch with its founding beliefs.

And the USA has suffered.

Is it time to return to your theocratic roots?

Our Constitution was not based on the Bible. The Founders were not all that religious being seeded with Agnostics, Gnostics and Atheists. They were guided by the new, non-religious beliefs from Europe on the nature of man and his natural rights.

Religion is protected in the 1st Amendment.

Religion is also separate from Politics.

( which is why this thread is here, not in Politics)

It’s not “In Mythical Sky Fairy We Trust”…. Or “ trust nobody”…. That’s Satan at work.

In God We Trust.

The USA worked under God.

Since moving away from God, it has gone straight to hell.

Look around.

In God we trust was only adopted by the US in the nineteen fifties.

As long as "In God (who???) We (who again?) Trust is printed on the almighty dollar, H/his existence is upheld.

Facts are facts; the liberalization if America hasn’t been all sunshine and lollipops, so it’s a topic worthy of discussion.

You don’t have to like it or hate it to discuss it.

Let’s see if there’s anyone left here who can.

The politics board is full of this discussion, making it behind a “bring God back” theme doesn’t change the basic premise.

I’m not talking about party politics.

Remember, there was a time not so long ago when most americans identified as “ religious” and both parties did as well.

Religion played a role in social cohesion and standardized values.

Now it doesn’t and your society appears to be in trouble.

That’s the discussion.

The Constitution prescribes freedom from other people's religion (read superstition). The current version of the Republican party denies the core value of that which they pretend to hold dear.

Luk peaks your interest way too often, tyrion.

You running your ignorant mouth about anyone being stupid is hilarious. You can't even wiki properly.

Shouldn’t you be dick-dragging with your nephew?

You and sean are cut from the same bolt of cheesecloth; yap yap yap. Treat? Good doggie!

This would hold more water if you didn't mention our names in every fucking post you make, tyrion.
