Bernie took a deep breathe and then knocked on the front door of his neighbours house, he was about to propose something that would help them immensely in their current financial situation but he also knew he was taking advantage of them and he felt a little bit of guilt...not a lot mind certainly not enough to stop him presenting his solution....because what he would gain form it would be well and truly worth any guilt.
