Where do you find it?

On line, radio or television, which news organization do you trust to share the facts and only the facts?

I read online sources for newspapers and television news. I generally watch whichever news fits my arrival at home.... either 6:30 or 7:00.

I don't trust any single news source to give only the facts. Comparing and contrasting the different coverage usually gives a close-to-accurate picture of reality, though.

I browse through many of them but...

I'm beginning to think al Jazeera has something going for it. It's the only news channel which has been hacked by the people who disagree with its reporting and has lost its web hosting service.

To get that much attention it had to be doing something right.

I listen in depth to what PPtard, Redtard, and Donkeytard have to say.

Then after I wake up from a cold sweat and crying at the idiocy those monkey fuckers possess. I come to my senses and will read the different view points delivered by CNN, FOX, and the NY times.

And you dont' listen to me?

Not even when I whisper sweet naughty things in your ear?

*harumph!*

So if we hacked into your Lit account that would mean you're doing something right, right?

Do you promise to turn up your hearing aid?

;)

I watch cable news (CNN, BBC and FOX), local news, read the New York Times (and other papers).

Then, to get the other side, I read online sources from around the world.

Newpapers.com is an amazing site!

Yes, they must be doing quite well. If you visit their english language site right now, they haven't reported a single item regarding today's advances into Baghdad proper, even though it would be approaching 1 am Tuesday local time in the Gulf. In fact, their site hasn't been updated since I last saw it around 10 pm ET on Sunday evening.

As far as where I get my news, I have sites for CNN, BBC, MSNBC, Fox, Al Jazeera, and the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette bookmarked.

I listen to all the major cable news, and when I can, CNN, because they will air CBC.

Then, I contact my great-great-great grandma-ma Helen through the local medium for confirmations.

The most reliable news source in the world, past present and future. Not to mention some really neat card tricks.

With glasses like that, how could you NOT see the future?

I like the BBC for angles that the US doesn't always get. I also enjoy reading the Rocky Mountain News online. I read the Houston Chronicle online for local stuff, and will check out CNN only once in a while. My schedule clashes with television news and sometimes I'll listen to an all-news radio station to try and catch up while driving. I guess it's pretty much a mish-mash.

For someone who used to subscribe to "Foreign Affairs" I'm pretty out of the news loop anymore.

I like WNPR when I am in the car.

They seem to stick to reporting the news. Imagine the thought!

:D
