Dr. Seuss books have to be the worst children's books off all time!
They are creepy and just plain weird. No green eggs and ham for this guy!

Have never read one.

Books, that is.

Or, should I say ''books, those are''?

Dr. Seuss books are wonderful. They are some of the absolute best books for teaching young children to read and about reading.

Did you know he got his start writing satirical cartoons during WWII ? I have a book of his original works. It's good stuff...

I am in 100% agreement with you there, MG5.

Funny funny funny! I love it. I also love Dr. Seuss books by the way. Kids love them. You put a smile on my face at the end of a long day. Thanks!:D

Several years ago, I went to an exhibition of Dr. Suess's work at the library of UCSD. Amongst all the stuff that he was famous for, there were examples of things that people have forgotten about, like the V.D. pamphlets he wrote for the military during WWII. His "beware of the clap" books were illustrated in the same style that he later used in the kiddie stories!
