Rejected--denied

I agree with Cutie, it may be as simple as adding in an age for the "character" your female turns into. Maybe a play scene where they have a 21st birthday for her or something like that. When it comes to kiddy porn you have to be specific to avoid it, and a disclaimer just isn't enough to do that.

You can still have her bubbly and baby girl is, you just have to make sure that you reinforce that she is not actually pretending to be under age. For instance, I play the baby girl part to a tee, lemme tell you, but I'm 23. I never claim to be younger, I never try to be younger, I just have a very perky out look on life, most of the time.

I would offer to help you revise it, but I'm afraid age play hits a few issues for me and I'd end up too closed off to be any sort of help. :(

You may try the editor's forum tho.

I would like to read it too, please, it sounds really good!

I really don't get the explanation given, though. If I wrote a story about me and my Daddy, and I put myself in pigtails and giggled a lot, and was obviously emulating the part of a schoolgirl...would that get through? What about a phrase like "I'm going to fuck you good, my little baby girl" - would that be allowed? I've only published one story on Lit, but I am curious to see if one with those details would make it through. Perhaps I'll use a pseudonym.

There is never a determined age for the female character's role play, but she takes on charicterists of a young teenager & is calling the other character daddy...

There could be a variety of problems, not least of all the vagueness about age. We have had one story rejected (not age play) because it bordered on non-legal areas under the US laws in vague terms rather than defining the misunderstanding so there was misunderstanding....once that was made clear in the rewrite, there was no issue. Basically if you are vague in terms of an area that can be considered illegal or questionable, you are going to be rejected. I also know of someone who had their story rejected because from the title, the 4 people who had to read it to give approval thought it was about something else totally, and thus rejected. Once this was brought to their attention and the story was actually read in full, it was passed without a rewrite. Though the people who have the power to approve or reject are believed to have read the story, if it is a particulary busy period they may skim, or reject based on assumptions made from a title. It might be worth your while to check it out and maybe define your subject and characters more, or change the title.

It takes me about umm... 8 minutes prep time to *look* 10-14 years old. Which is kind of a bit disturbing, at my age. (There is no way in Hell I'd ever ever ever want to even pretend to be 18 again [mentally spiritually emotionally], much less 10-14, but looking the part is always just under the surface, and could potentially create intesting options, should both parties choose to wander down the path as adults.)

Check your PM Box...

I tweaked a couple lines to clarify about the ages... and to show that it was her acting childish rather than acting as a child... will see if that makes a difference...
