Rejected again? Why?

Ok so... assuming Pure finds nothing obvious wrong with my story, should I just try and resubmit with a note about my troubles?

When one of my submissions was rejected, the rejection was accompanied by an explanation. I would not resubmit without substantially addressing the explanation in a new draft.

Well that's exactly what puzzles me. I don't understand how it can get rejected with the same standard message twice in a row, if I've done something about it. And I have.

I think I'll give it one more try and if I get the same thing again after note, and 'edited' in the title, I'll try writing to Laurel and Manu.

Just make sure if you write them that you do it by sending a PM to Laurel. Sending an email usually doesn't work.
