Recovery Time Help

I'm looking to increase my recovery time. I'm cutting sugar down on my diet increasing my exercise level for helping blood flow. And also eating more Vegetables I read will help also. Anyone have any good ideas.

Also I read taste changes with what the guy eats. Ladies do you have an input on that?

Wait, are you really looking to increase your refractory/recovery period? Or did you mean to say you're looking to decrease it, so you can go again more quickly?

Refractory periods vary from person to person and with age (as men age, they usually take longer to recover). It's my understanding they pretty much are what they are, just like some women can have a bunch of orgasms in a short period and others are done after one or need a certain amount of time between orgasms. Every body works somewhat differently.

However, you CAN work on being very aroused/stimulated for longer (make sure this is something your partner actually wants and you don't end up with the opposite problem of going too long) and having multiple orgasms (orgasming without ejaculating). There are various ways to do both of these things, and you can find that info in the Blank Manual sticky, by searching the forums and via Google (search for things like 'multiple male orgasms')
