Recommendations please

Okay, I hope this is in the right spot. I'm an avid reader (and extremely fast). Right now I happen to be in one of my very irritating reading moods. I can only read a certain genre, and even more annoying, only two sub-genres, and it has to be new books. (I read a book a day, and this will last a week to a couple of months, thus annoying, in spite of my love affair with reading.) So I was hoping, since I have no other place I could get these recommendations from that you guys would have some good ones.

I'm currently hot for
a) menage stories-
with at least MWW, or MMW
No, or very limited gay male sex (to make it clear, I don't mind if there are homosexual relationships mentioned, but I'm not turned on by seeing +2 dudes having sex)
don't mind if there is Dom/Sub in it.

b) Dom/Sub stories-
the guy is the Dom
Unless it fits with ^genre 'a'^ has to be one guy with one girl (plus what ever else occurs) so, no gay male sex. +2 girl scenes are okay
no blood, I don't mind whips, or anything else I've seen mentioned in other dom/sub books, but one of them mentioned in passing the use of knifes, not my thing

also in both of these, no Main Characters over 49 please (sorry I'm age-ist in my MC's)

besides that I don't belong to any religion. humans are too easily corrupted or self-righteous, and like to change the meanings on stuff. Especially as something as controlling as religion.

Oh, I have just the story you're looking for. Sure. Again, unrealistic. How the hell could a midget - A MIDGET - become a millionaire? These are VERY short people. Very. Like they could live comfortably in the back seat of a Toyota Camry.

Most of a midget's time would be spent trying to figure out how to get taller or avoiding large spiders. NO WAY could they focus more than a few days to become millionaires.

Don't even mention winning the lottery or gettting a large inheretence. These are fucking MIDGETS for God's sake.
