When I was about 12-14 (83-85) I was -REALLY- into fantasy.
My mom used to rent videos for me, and I got to all sorts of -neat- b-movie fantasy flicks.
She didn't really do much reading of the labels beforehand, and so I got lucky once and ended up with a softcore porn flick set to the theme of swords, sorcery, and naked princesses in chains...
Unfortunately I never paid much attention to the title of the flick...
It went something like this:
A princess is kidnapped by the local evil lord of everything that all such B-movies had...
Her father and his men are a bunch of really old guys in their 70s or older, but they go out to rescue her anyway.
Along the way they meet the hero, a completely amoral sort of guy who's just finished pillaging a village. They ask him to help and I can't recall if he turned it down but got pulled in anyway, or took it up for a chance at getting laid by the princess...
Somehow, he ends up joining a gladitorial competition to find the greatest warrior sponsored by said evil lord... Along the way he picks up a few companions one of which is a woman who spends a lot of time showing us parts of her anatomy and getting shagged by the hero... in the mean time the princess is for some reason put into a tavern of some sort where the patrons can come and fondle her...
From there it goes through the usual routine of find the bad guy, kill the bad guy, and so on... with assorted softcore scenes placed throughout...
What was this flick? Does it ring a bell to anyone? Perhaps a list of likely candidates?
It's been bugging me for years... It was no masterpiece of cinema by any means, but it's just one of those early erotic experiences for me that I just can't place...
