If they could sew John Bobbit's dick back on and it works, why can't they remove a man's dick and sew a larger one on him (presumably from a fresh corpse)?

I guess I need to get some sleep.

It would probably be more difficult because it's not the same tissue, what with rejection problems and all......

and if they could do that then there'd be brain tansplants and hope for the blondes eh?

Assuming it could be attached and healed and not rejected, and all that stuff, it probably wouldn't get erect, and the new owner probably wouldn't even be able to feel it. Once nerves are cut, they're cut, and they don't regenerate.

Any volunteers?

Oi Oi........... not all of us are dumb (but some of us act it to get what we want........ who needs to pay speeding fines!!)

it could be done

first, you need to have a tissue match, the same as for any other transplant in order to prevent organ rejection.

second, you need to have a very good micro-surgeon and a large dosis of good luck to properly attach the nerves (2 sets) in order for you to feel something.

third, you need the same good surgeon to get the 3 peneal cavities properly aligned in order to avoid scarring inside the penis and odd-curved erections.

erection does not depend on the penis but on your brain, your hormones, and the main pelvic arteries, so that should not have to be a problem. of course, there may be a psychological issue due to the surgery which may affect erections.
